This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to all of RowQ’s AI features — the AI chatbot, QuestionMaster (including the answering AI), Time Practice and PvP question generation, and the Personalized Assistant.
1.AI Content Can Be Wrong — Read This First
RowQ’s AI features generate content using large language models. AI-generated content:
- Can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — including in math steps, scientific facts, definitions, and marking-scheme expectations;
- May not match the official CBSE (or any board’s) syllabus, paper pattern, or marking scheme, even when it looks like it does;
- Isn’t reviewed by teachers or examiners before you see it;
- Isn’t professional advice of any kind.
Always verify important content against your textbook, teachers, and official board materials. Never rely on RowQ as your only study source. RowQ doesn’t guarantee marks, ranks, exam results, or admissions. Performance insights (weak/strong chapters, accuracy) are estimates from your activity in RowQ, not a measure of real exam readiness.

2.What You Can Do
Use RowQ’s AI features for personal, non-commercial study: asking doubts, generating practice questions and answers, timed practice, matches, and reviewing your performance.
3.What's Not Allowed
Don’t use RowQ’s AI features to:
- Attack the system — jailbreak, prompt-inject, extract system prompts, probe safety filters, bypass usage limits or model routing, or automate requests at scale;
- Generate harmful content — anything illegal, violent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that promotes self-harm or endangers anyone;
- Cheat in real assessments — using RowQ during a school or board exam, a proctored test, or any assessment where outside help is banned. Preparing with RowQ is what it’s for; using it during a prohibited assessment is not;
- Plagiarize — submitting AI answers as your own where your school or board forbids it;
- Violate others’ rights — infringing copyright, defaming someone, or exposing another person’s personal data;
- Mislead — presenting RowQ outputs as official board material or human-verified content;
- Extract at scale — bulk-exporting generated questions or outputs to build a competing product or dataset.
4.Keep Sensitive Stuff Out of Chats
Don’t enter passwords, OTPs, payment details, IDs, or sensitive personal information. AI chats are stored on our systems and aren’t end-to-end encrypted — see the Privacy Policy.
5.Enforcement
Automated systems may review AI interactions to detect abuse, unsafe outputs, spam, and misuse; authorized personnel may access interactions when necessary for safety, support, debugging, moderation, or legal compliance. Violations can lead to warnings, feature restrictions, reduced limits, suspension, or termination.
6.Models and Feedback
Available models depend on our third-party providers and may change — no specific model is guaranteed to stay available. If you rate or report AI outputs, we may use that feedback to improve the Service without obligation or payment.
