These terms describe RowQ’s paid plans and how their limits work. They’re part of the Terms of Service. If this page ever differs from what’s shown in the Service at the time of purchase, the in-Service details apply. Model names are current and may change (Section 5).
1.Plans
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
₹499/ billing period
- AI routing: automatic — RowQ’s systems pick the model per request based on prompt complexity, including access to a premium model (currently GPT‑5.4) mainly for case-study and 5-mark answer generation. No manual model selection.
- Limits: 1,400 MCQs shared across PvP and Time Practice (one combined pool); 1,400 questions in QuestionMaster; 1,600 prompt uses of the answering AI in QuestionMaster; 300,000 tokens in the AI chatbot.
- We notify you when premium-model usage reaches 50%, 75%, and 100%; routing stays automatic.
- Personalized Assistant: limited access.
₹899/ billing period
- Limits: 2× the ₹499 plan.
- Personalized Assistant: full access.
- Model selection: in the AI chatbot, choose between GPT‑5.4, GPT‑5.4 mini, DeepSeek V4 Flash, Gemini 3.5 Flash, or Auto. QuestionMaster, Time Practice, and PvP stay on automatic best-fit routing.
₹1999/ billing period
- Limits: 4× the ₹899 plan.
- Everything in ₹899, plus:
- More chatbot models: GPT‑5.6 Terra, GPT‑5.6 Luna, Sonnet 5, and Gemini 3.1 Pro, alongside all ₹899 models;
- Personalized responses: the AI chatbot can use your Personalized Assistant stats for more personalized answers across the platform;
- Early access to beta features;
- Priority routing and the best experience RowQ offers.
2.How Limits Work
Limits reset each billing period and don’t roll over. Shared pools (PvP + Time Practice MCQs) draw from one combined allocation. We may apply fair-use measures such as rate limiting even within your limits to protect the Service. Token, question, and prompt counts are as measured by our systems.
3.Cancellation, Upgrades, Downgrades
Cancel anytime to stop future charges; your plan stays active for the paid period (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing period.
4.Changes to Plans and Prices
We may change plan contents, limits, and prices for future billing periods with notice. Changes don’t reduce what you’ve already paid for in the current period, except where a provider discontinues a model (Section 5).
5.Model Availability
Named AI models depend on third-party providers. We may substitute a model with one of comparable or better capability, adjust routing, or retire models as providers change, with notice for significant downgrades to an active paid plan.
6.Beta Features
Beta features (₹1999 plan) are experimental, provided “as is”, may change or be withdrawn anytime, and may have their own limits.
